Our Aim

- To provide clear direction to staff and others about expected codes of behavior in dealing with child protection issues.
- Provide a secure and safe environment for our students so that they are protected from foreseeable harm and know that staff will act on their behalf.
- Ensure that the principles of care, protection and safety are implemented for identifying and reporting cases or suspected cases of abuse.
- To promote observance and sense of responsibility and to report all concerns regarding a child’s safety to the designated person.
- It is committed to develop creative and positive ways for the child’s voice to be heard whilst recognizing the responsibility to use, hold and safeguard information received.
Procedure Of Reporting the complaints

- If a parent, student or teacher wish to register a complaint related to abuse or neglect they have various options including:
- Approach or ring to the school head
- Call +97142888143/School counselor/School Doctor/School Nurse
- The school head must immediately inform to the Counseling department of school. The head may needs to verify dates, places and personnel involved.
This preliminary information gathering:
- Will not directly involve the person against whom the complaint is
- Will not take longer than 24 hours
The presumption of innocence and the need of confidentiality will both be respected. All Records will be kept confidential.
